Mr. Grouper tells the story about how Mr. Grumpfish came to like the holidays. Soon after Molly, Gil, and Bubble Puppy try to deliver a letter to Mr. Grumpfish, Molly asks his opinion on the decorations, and tells him to be at the party tonight, Mr. Grumpfish finally admits he doesn't like the holidays. However, when Molly sees a picture of him smiling while holding a gingerbread house in Mayor Grouper's office, she and the other guppies plan to turn his house into one. But when Mr. Grumpfish refuses to come out, can the guppies get him into the holiday spirit?

Notes: This is a Christmas special. There is also a running pun where everytime Mr. Grumpfish slammed his door, snow is dumped on Gil's head, also there is no Molly and Gil sketches in this episode. One of Mayor Grouper's pictures is from Firefighter Gil To The Rescue. This is also the first Bubble Guppies episode to have a "delivering of the mail" theme with the song.

Once upon a time, Molly and Gil went up a hill to fetch a pail of water ala "Jack and Jill". But when a mean witch, played by Wanda Sykes, turns Bubble Puppy into a frog. Molly and Gil seek the help of Little Red Riding Hood (Oona), Goldilocks (Deema), and Jack (Goby), they soon learn from a magic mirror (Nonny, who was cursed by the Witch's mean green bubble potion by being trapped in the mirror and was forced to work for her), that they can change the potion to one that that will undo her curse is to put Red Riding Hood's cookies, Goldilocks' porridge, and Jack's golden egg into the potion. And with the help of Jack's beans, the Bubble Guppies plan to stop the witch, but can they save the world from being turned into frogs?

Notes: This is a 1 hour special. Also, there is no storybook segment, shop or lunch joke. But there was a reference to the Lunch Rap as the Witch was rapping, "It's time for Launch". This whole episode had a Sonic SatAM reference, by using some of its sound effects, example: when the witch was chasing Molly and Gil, her broomstick made one of Sonic's raving sounds. Also, this is the first time Gil gathered up everyone in a sketch and Nonny said "It's time for Bubble Guppies!" instead of Molly or Gil.
